CHICKEN NIHARI
Fixings
Chicken :-1 kg (8 pieces)
Clarified margarine:- 1 container
garlic ginger paste:- 2 tbsp
Salt:- 2 tsp
chilly powder:- 2 tsp
Wheat flour:- ¼ container mixed with water
Plain flour:- ¼ container mixed with water
Coriander leaves:- 2 tbsp (cleaved)
Green chilies"- 2 (cleaved)
golden brown onion:- 2 tbsp
Lemon wedges to serve
For Nihari Masala:
Aniseeds:- 1 tbsp
White cumin:- 1 tsp
Anis star :-1
Allspice:- 1 tsp
Ginger:- ½ tsp (dried)
chilly powder 3 tbsp
Cooking Directions
For Masala: Mix and grind all together, fill in the container and store.
For Nihari: Heat Clarified margarine at that point include ginger garlic glue, salt and bean stew powder, marginally broil.
Include chicken and 4 tbsp of the arranged nihari masala, sear well.
Include some water when water boiling, include the break down glue of both the flour.
Continue blending till one bubble comes, bring down fire and abandon it on stew till chicken delicate and oil goes ahead best.
Present with coriander leaves, hacked green chilies, lemon, dark colored onion and nan.
