My favorite Chanterelle Sauce

I love good food and really enjoy cooking with my bf. We are a good team in the kitchen.
When I saw that they are selling chanterelles in the markets, I knew what I want for dinner.
But first, let's try to find chanterelles ourselves.
We found one chanterelles' forest near Tallinn some years ago. So, let's go and see how many we will find there.
Walking in the forest makes us hungry and after we realized, there is no chanterelles yet, we go back to Tallinn.
This is not chanterelles' season in the north of Estonia yet.
But it's ok. To the market then.
The most annoying part of it is cleaning the mushrooms. But ok - needs to be done.
Here's the recipe:
500g Chanterelles
200ml Whole milk
200g Creamy cheese
1tsp Butter
1kg Fresh potato
Salt
Pepper
Salad:
3-4 small cucumbers
2-3 tomatoes
200g sour cream
Salt
Pepper
Fry chanterelles with butter.
Add whole milk and cream cheese. Mix it very well.
Do not let it boil.
At the same time, u can cook potatoes and make salat.
And ready it is.
I must say it's one of my favorite.

I wish we had just a bit more rain this year, so the forests would be loaded with mushrooms, especially chanterelles. Um, yum... now i want them again.
We have to take a trip out of Harjumaa, chanterelles are waiting for us somewhere else :)

How are the prices in your markets? Here, it's almost 20 eur/ kg.
Well we have that farm store with online delivery - they sell those 0.5 kilo per pack and its around 4 eur per pack :) shame they don't have international delivery ;)
