Many people will tell you to eat the traditional body-building diet (consisting of meat and rice)
But remember that you can eat whatever you want if you choose your food wisely

This helps specially if you're bulking up.

To get big you need to eat big!!!!
And if you think burgers are the key and not healthier options just hit up any Mr Olympia.
