How to cook delicious patarana vegetable soup

Since I am an Acehnese, this patarana vegetable is one of the most targeted foods in Aceh.
Patarana vegetables typical of Aceh which are rich in bitter sour taste add to appetite, the recipe is already good because the recipe goes down from my family so it tastes very good indeed.

said my deceased grandmother, this was the typical food of the kings of Aceh, so the vegetables were a lot.

Ingredients

1 handful of small cassava leaves

1 handful of melinjo leaves & melinjo fruit

2 liters of coconut milk (not thick and not runny)

1 kecombrang stem (on fine chopping)

10 soft orange leaves (finely chopped)

3 sticks of lemongrass (finely chopped)

20 green chilies (cut into small pieces)

2 stalks of curry leaves

1 bamboo shoot

1 hand balanced

1 squash of Siamese

A small bundle of long beans

1 handful of small shrimp

1/8 young jackfruit

1 handful of papaya flowers (boiled first)

1 eggplant fruit

Ground spices :

1/4 kg of pliek is soaked in hot water then pureed

5 red onion cloves

4 white bottom cloves

1 ginger finger segment

1 turmeric finger segment

1 tbsp sweet cumin

2 tablespoons of coconut milk

1 tbsp coriander

10 grains of cayenne pepper

Salt

Step to make it

Prepare all the ingredients cut and wash it clean.

Blend all the spices, for the mixture blender separately then strain with coconut milk.

Then prepare a skillet, add all the vegetables that have been cut into pieces, small shrimp, coconut milk, patarana, fine spices, all additional ingredients and salt. stir so that the coconut milk doesn't break until boiling.

Add salt and taste.

Note: Patarana vegetable soup is more delicious to eat with side dishes of salted eggs and salted fish.
