This time I will share about traditional food in Indonesia, Nagasari including one of the traditional wet cake which is quite popular until now. Not only adults, because this one cake is very delicious and suitable for children.

As For How to Make Nagasari

Materials needed :

½ teaspoon vanilla powder
150 grams of tapioca starch
500 ml thick coconut milk
Other materials:

How to make

Add the rice flour and coconut milk to the pan, stirring until evenly distributed.
Strain the mixed dough not mixed.
Put the dough into the pan, add sugar, salt, and pandan leaves. Cook over low heat while stirring until the dough becomes thick.
