Baby back ribs with sauce

Mama bought some baby back pork ribs at Costco yesterday, well, come to find out there were THREE of them in the package! Cut them in half, rinsed and simmered them for awhile in a pot of water on the stove, meanwhile mixed up some hoisin sauce, A-1 sauce and ketchup (about 5:1:1), after arranging one pot load of them on a baking pan they were well slathered with the sauce mix on both sides, topped with a few sweet onion slices and then popped into the 350 degree F oven to bake a half hour. They were SO deicious! This is during prep a few minutes before they went into the oven:
