i think it is a unique cafe where cats have respect and love. and enjoyed the peoples here while eating food and with cute cats. theme of cafe and rules are awsome here.

As the theme of this cafe is cat, all its decorations are around cats!
Customers have to follow their rules regarding how to interact with the cats.
