Special Sushi from Malaysia !!!

We've all been to a lot of sushi shops and tried all sorts of japanese cruisine right ? Well today this is a special kind of sushi that I've just tried not long ago at Kuala Lumpur restuarant Malaysia called Ruyi & Lyn. So what's so special about this place ? It has lots of partitions private rooms and cigar rooms for those who love to enjoy some privacy and enjoy themselves. What's the specialty that they have ? Well as u can see below, they serve special local cuisines in sushi style !!!! Usually when you go to any restaurant when they serve sushi its always fish with rice but here its different !! How different you may ask, well~~ they actually made sushi from Hainan Chicken rice (the one with a slice of chicken meat on top with a specially prepared oil rice cooked with chicken fat, ginger and garlic) , Nasi Lemak (a local Malaysian delicacy made from Coconut rice with quail egg and local anchovies marinated with local spice mix wrapped around with cucumber) and the last one is thai specialty Mango Sticky Rice !! This is a special fusion food which you should at least try once in a life time.

Then there is a special pancake for the night to made out of a combination of toffee sauce squeezed on to soft mouth melting pancakes and vanilla ice cream to finish of the dinner
