How many times should we eat per day to live a healthy life ?

I am not a Nutritionist but i could answer this with basic knowledge i have.

Most emphasis is always put on a hearty breakfast, to power you up for the day ,light lunch and an even lighter and early dinner. This is to give you ample time for food digestion before you retire to bed, and also give you enough fasting time, to make the heavy king brealfast worth while.

Other Golden rules are proper hydration, cutting down on empty caloric consumption. E. G white. Rice, white. Brrad, eating clean. And. Organice Foods.

But then again its safe to say A healthy diet would completely depend on alot of factors, e.g The individuals current weight vs ideal weight they want to maintain, ones activity level, metabolism, etc

I have a friend who is a Gym rat, henfe fast metabolism, she eats like a man and because she burns alot of calories in the gym and has a fast metabolism, the g

Food. Is. Put into good use And will not het her bloated. Unlike when i eat the same amount with her, i will be bloated for the next 3 days. big issue, i know, i am Working on it .

Friends of mine who choose to go on strict water diet, just to reset their system, bit not because they are fat, but just want to feel healthier.

There are other people who are massive eaters and have the weight to show for it. Once they choose to eat healthy, depending on their nutrional plan, they might be put on even small meal plan of 6 healthier meals a day, this will be to not make them hungry, while consuming fewer calories.

So the facts vary.
