I didn't expect any less from you two if i am honest! I know how much effort is needed to write down a story, picking the right photos, etc...
Btw, I had to google check what in the world is sunchoke. Well even in Slovenian translation it wasn't much more clearer. Never tried one before i must admit. :)

Yes sunchoke is not very common, but it is delicious.
