CHICKPEA SALAD

INGREDIENTS
1 onion
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tbsp green-smelling
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic
200 g of chickpeas
1 lemon juice
Salt

METHOD OF PREPARATION
Mix onion, garlic, olive oil, mustard and lemon juice.

Cook the chickpeas, peel off and set aside.

Put in a baking dish, sprinkle the salt, put the sauce and mix well.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle the green scent with the serving.

Enjoy your food.
