This Chef is Super Salty
One of us ordered salmon and it was 10% cooked only.
My friend asked the waiter to take it back to the kitchen to have it fully cooked.
He came back saying that the chef like it that way and refused to do anything to it.
One friend asked which dish has less salt and the waiter said their chef liked to use more salt and could not put less.
On the menu, it didn't specify that the pig ears were breaded and deep-fried. It was so salty that it would damage someone's health.
For health reason, many people can't or don't want to consume too much salt. People with celiac disease can't eat any gluten.
Their chef too much of himself.
He wasn't the one who ate the dish or paying for it.
When the dish was undercooked, the chef should fix the mistake.
We were extremely dissatisfied with the way we were treated by their chef.
As customers, we don't need to eat the way that the chef likes and just shut up and eat what he/she put on the plate. We ARE NOT his/her dog.
All of us said that it's the first and last time that we would be there. I wondered if there was a real chef or a cook that couldn't cook.
The place was cramped and eating there was very uncomfortable.
The temperature was hot but there was no air-conditioning or fan. When asked, the waiter said that's the way it was. Basically, their attitude was 'take it or leave it'
The price was high and the portion was small, it's not worth it.
