Oats, berries and nuts--definitely one of my favorite ways to start out the day, too. I agree that it keeps me full and satisfied. I especially like this kind of meal on a morning I know I'm working out early in the day!

This meal (and also smoothies) allowes me to stay "light", but I'm really full after eating it. I realized that, after eating something different like sandwich or what ever, I body feels bad lol. Thank you for stopping by! Nice to see you here again! :)
