So pretty! I always love your simple, yet so elegant presentation. I've had mung beans whole and in noodle form before, but never worked with the flour. I might have to try soon!
In here, I have a tool to make mung bean flour if I can't found instan flour in the market. Or the other way, you can add mung bean into dry blender to make flour :)
