Friend, here's another meal of the beautiful scent and taste I've made. The quantity is for 4 adults.
For this vegetable meal, I used: zucchini, onions, cabbage, olives, cucumbers, sweet green peppers and chicken white flesh. I cut everything to pieces of 1x1cm to 1.5x1.5cm and chicken to cubes 1.5x1.5cm to 2x2cm. I put the scraped vegetables on one plate and the meat in another deeper, suitable for mixing and making marinades.

Amount of food:

  • Zucchini 200 / 250gr
  • Cucumber 200 / 250gr
  • Onion 100 / 150gr
  • Cabbage 100 / 150gr
  • Olives 10/15 pieces
  • Paprika fresh sweet 100 / 200gr
  • Meat white chicken (chest) 150 / 200gr

Marinade for meat:

  • Garlic finely chopped / 2 pieces
  • Ginger finely chopped / 4x4cm
  • Oyster sauce (Chinese product) - 50ml
  • Cooking wine (Chinese product) - 100ml
  • Pepper black
  • Soy sauce (dark) - 4 tablespoons
  • Chinese vegeta - 2 small spoons
  • Minced flax seed 2 small spoons how much we grab
  • Tomatoes pour 3-4 tablespoons of buckwheat
  • Paprika angry ¼ dried milled aromatic (habanero)
  • A few sheets of celery, parsley and basil finely chopped
  • Bee Honey 1 tablespoon
    When you mix everything with chicken you need to get a thick sauce as shown in the picture.

The meat in the marinade would be best if it's 24 hours, but if you do not have time, you can prepare the meal right now.

In a wok or deep teflon squid and let it melt and then put the chopped pepper, onions and olives on top to boil on butter until it changes a little. Then put the rest of the vegetables cucumber, cabbage and zucchini.

When it starts to get a little yellow, then it should be removed from the fire in a cool plate.

We put the first of these vegetables because because of their structure we have to process a little longer from the rest of the vegetables.
Let's bring the jar to the fire and put the meat with marinade (all). We expect to warm up with occasional mixing. When it rinses, cover 3-5min during this time, if necessary, flush corn starch for one cake and flush a little water and slowly add it until it is thick and it is like a sauce.
You can eventually sift the sesame and you do not have to. In the photos you can see serving two dishes + without sesame and sesame.
Down vegetables and top sauce or mixed vegetables with sauce.
In both cases you can serve rice steamed.

In the end, you can serve in these two ways that I will show you, and you can always do it differently.

Drugari, evo još jednog jela prelepog mirisa i ukusa koje sam pravio. Količina je za 4 odrasle osobe.
Ja sam za ovo jelo od povrća koristio: Tikvice, crni luk, kupus, masline, krastavac, slatku zelenu papriku i pileće belo meso. Sve sam iseckao na romboide 1x1cm do 1,5x1,5cm i piletinu na kocke 1,5x1,5cm do 2x2cm . Iseckano povrće sam stavio na jedan tanjir a meso u drugi dublji, pogodan za mešanje i pravljenje marinade.

Količina namirnica :

  • Tikvice 200/250gr
  • Krastavac 200/250gr
  • Crni luk 100/150gr
  • Kupus 100/150gr
  • Masline 10/15 komada
  • Paprika 100/200gr
  • Meso belo pileće (grudi) 150/200gr

Marinada za meso :

  • Beli luk sitno seckan /2 čena
  • Đumbir sitno seckan /4x4cm
  • Sos od ostriga (kineski proizvod) – 50ml
  • Vino za kuvanje (kineski proizvod) – 100ml
  • Biber crni mleveni
  • Soja sos (tamni) – 4 kašike
  • Kineska vegeta – 2 male kašike
  • Mleveno laneno seme 2 male kašike koliko zahvatimo
  • Paradajz pire 3-4 pune kašike
  • Paprika ljuta ¼ sušena mlevena aromatična (habanero)
  • Nekoliko listova celera, peršuna i bosiljka sitno seckano
  • Med jedna kašika

Kada to sve pomešate sa pilećim mesom trebate dobiti gusti sos kao na slici.
Meso u marinadi bi bilo najbolje da stoji 24h ali ako nemate vremena, možete odma pripremati jelo.
U wok ili dublji teflonski tiganj stavite kockicu putera 3x3x3cm i pustite da se istopi a zatim prvo stavite seckanu papriku, crni luk i masline da se prži na maslacu dok malo ne promeni boju. Zatim stavite ostalo povrće krastavac, kupus i tikvice. Kada počne malo dobijati rumenu boju tada treba skloniti sa vatre u hladan tanjir. Stavljamo prvo to povrće jer zbog svoje strukture moramo malo duže termički obrađivati od ostalog povrća.
Vratimo tiganj na vatru i stavimo meso sa marinadom (sve). Sačekamo da se zagreje uz povremeno mešanje. Kada proključa, poklopite 3-5min za to vreme po potrebi, prpremite u jednu čašu kukuruzni skrob za kolače i malo vode razmutite i polako dodajte dok se ne zgusne i bude kao sos.
Na kraju možete servirati na ova dva načina koja ću vam prikazati a vi uvek možete drugačije.
Možete na kraju posuti susamom i ne morate. Na fotografijama vidite serviranje jela na dva načina + bez susama i sa susamom.
Dole povrće a odozgo sos ili mešano povrće sa sosom.
U oba slučaja možete poslužiti pirinač kuvan na pari.

Looks yummy and beautiful. I like over the vegetable with the sesame seeds on top. Very pretty. I think the presentation is better before mixing with veggies.

I'm glad to recognize which food is tasty.
This dish is of great taste, every aroma is felt by little and no flavor has prevailed what was the point of this sauce.
The sauce is very aromatic and strong, therefore it is not salty vegetables and does not put any spice.
It looks better on this meal when it comes down to vegetables and pour the sauce on the meal and of course we put the sesame to the top.
With this dish, it's good to have a steamed rice cooked.
