milk 1L
sour milk 1L
curd 1Kg
salt 1 spoon
Sour cream 2 spoon

How to produce:

You should start with the production of cottage cheese.

Once you have your own cottage cheese, you can start cheese making.

  3. Put the mass in a buckthorn and crush for 6-8 hours.
