Rich corn cake

INGREDIENTS

4 eggs

1 cup of wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

PREPARATION

Place all the ingredients in the blender jar (minus royal flour and powder), and process until a smooth cream is obtained.
Place the mixture in a cup and mix with 1 cup of all-purpose flour and baking powder (previously mixed and sifted).

INGREDIENTES
1 lata de 397 gr de leche condensada o 2-tazas de leche de leche

Azúcar glas para decorar (opcional)
2 tazas grande de maiz jojotos tiernos
1-taza de queso blanco rallado
4 huevos
una cucharadita de sal
1 taza de harina de trigo
1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
1 cucharada de vainilla
PREPARACION

Colocar todos los ingredientes en el vaso de la licuadora (menos la harina y el polvo royal), y procesar hasta obtener una crema homogénea.
colocar la mezcla en una taza y mezclar con 1 taza de harina todo uso y el polvo de hornear (previamente mezclados y tamizados).
COLOCAR LA `PREPÀRACION EN UNA TORTERA, previamente engrasado y enharinado.
Hornear 350° F (175 C aprox.) por 1 hora aprox. Hacer la prueba del palillo.
