A TASTE OF CHILDHOOD: CREAMY CHEESY SPAGHETTI

Hi Steemians! Good evening and Im back again with another pasta dish that will surely make your tummy want some of this.

As a teenager who loves cooking, spaghetti will always be children's favorite so even if Im a teenager already, still this will always hit my heart.
But to make it more appealing, I put twist on it!

What are the Ingredients:
Spaghetti
Creme
Onions
Garlic
Grind Basil Leaves
Rosemary
Butter(2 teaspoon)
Ground Beef(1/2 kg)
Tomato Spaghetti Sauce
Cheddar Cheese
Hotdog(optional and sliced diagonally)

The hotdogs can be optional since I just add this because in our country Philippines, we Filipinos always add hotdog as a part of this dish, but its more tastier because it adds flavor to it.

How to make it:

1. Boil the pasta with oil and salt.
2. Sauté the onions first then the garlic in the butter then add in the hotdog and ground beef.
3. Pour the spaghetti sauce then add the grated cheese.
4. Let it simmer then add the creme.
5. A pinch of salt and pepper as well as the basil leaves and rosemary. Then to balance the flavor, a teaspoon of sugar will do.
6. Simmer for about 2-3 mins.
7. Top of the sauce in the cooked pasta. Add some grated cheese to make it really more cheesy. And you can put a piece of bread spread with butter and garlic as for the side if you will want to.
8. Then Serve.
