Here’s a traditional poutine! Yum.
I know a couple weeks ago I posted about some premium poutines from the poutine fest I attended.
While today we drove the kids to stay with my dad and step mom in sturgeon falls.
It’s a little French Canadian town that is famous for its poutine trucks, so we needed to get one for the ride home.
It was as good as it looks and lives up to its reputation! It’s made with traditional cheese curds and some sort of amazing gravy! Yum.
The only problem was there wasn’t two forks!

Poutine is heaven! We get some in Kaslo BC on the shore of Lake Kootenay at the Kaslo Motel that is extremely tasty. The gravy really seems to be the linch pin in the whole deal.
My god I'm hungry now....

Every time I go to Canada to visit my daughter, the first thing I eat is a traditional poutine. Delicious!
