Hello steemians.
Today I am going to bring you a picture of the flower of the Cynara cardunculus, this wild plant is good to eat, not when it is in flower, like this, because the good areas to eat are already very hard and fibrous

The plant should be harvested when you are developing the leaves, as in the picture below, this happens around mid-April.

And as I had promised in the title of the post here are some recipes, none of them are mine and they are all in Portuguese except one that is in Spanish.
During a google search I found several and selected some that look delicious. The first recipe was to this day that I have eaten and I found very good, it was in the Alentejo in the house of a neighbor of the house where I spent vacations two years ago, it was excellent.
