Panna cotta strawberries
The cooked cream is prepared by soaking the glue of fish in cold water while boiling the cream with sugar and vanilla. Find out all the recipe.
Ingredients
750g Fresh cream
2 Sheets (about 5 grams) jelly
5 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Vanillin sachet
Preparation
Step 1
Blanch the sheets of fish glue in cold water for 10 minutes. If you use the powdered jelly, skip this step.
Step 2
Boil the cream with 3 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla.
Step 3
Remove from the heat and combine the well-wrung fish paste and stir well to mix everything
Step 4
In a pan, make the remaining sugar low in candy, then pour into a mold and then add the cream mixture.
Step 5
Let it cool and then put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Step 6
At serving time, pour the cream on a serving dish and serve.
TIPS
The cooked cream is a very delicate dessert originally from Piedmont. To embellish the composition when you bring it to the table you can pour it on strips of creamy cocoa cream or strawberry syrup.
