RECIPE - Vegetables with salmon and prawns in pear and date sauce.
- Cut all the vegetables in squares and with a little oil we put to cook in a frying pan during 5 minutes.
- While in a pot we put to cook the prawns and then we cool and peel them.
- Add the salmon to the frying pan and then the prawns and let it cook for 5 more minutes while we make the sauce.
- For the sauce we can use curry milk, but we can use coconut milk or any other milk we like and add the curry ourselves.
- Peel the pears and dates and mix them with the milk in the mixer so that we have the desired texture.
- Pour the sauce into the frying pan and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Cut the walnuts and grate the cheese.
- To make the cheese crispy add the cheese in a frying pan together with the walnuts and then remove it with a spatula when we see that it is melted.
