RECIPE - "Spaghetti with vegetables in pear sauce"
- 1 pear
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 mushrooms
- Medium zucchini
- A handful of prawns
- A handful of cashew nuts
- Vegetable cream
- First we put the prawns to cook and once finished, we reserve the water and peel the prawns.
- Put the cut pear in the oven for 7 minutes at 180º.
- Put the garlic and zucchini in a frying pan and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes.
- In the water where we have cooked the prawns, cook the spaghetti for 8 minutes.
- Cut the mushrooms and add them to the frying pan together with the prawns and cook for 5 minutes.
- Finally, mix the pear with the vegetable cream with the mixer and mix all the ingredients.
- Allow the flavours to simmer for another 5 minutes and then eat!
