RECIPE - "Seitan with vegetables"
- Cherry tomatoes
- Onion
- Grilled peppers
- Eggplant
- Seitan
- Fried tomato
- Put the sliced aubergines in salted water and let them rest for at least 20 minutes.
- Cut the peppers, the onion, and the seitan in strips and peel the cherry tomatoes removing the skin and throw it in a bowl.
- Then add the fried tomato and mix well.
- In a tray, put a layer of eggplant and then another of vegetables, then another of eggplant and then another of vegetables and put in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 º.
- Take it out of the oven and let's eat!
