RECIPE - "Risotto with seaweed"
- Mushrooms
- Rice
- Seaweed spaghetti cut into pieces
- 1 onion
- Coconut cream
- Garlic and parsley
- Vegan Parmesan
- Put the onion, garlic and parsley to cook and then add the seaweed with a drip of white wine and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the mushrooms well cleaned and cut and water until almost covered and cook for 10 minutes.
- Then add the cream and rice and let it cook for 20 minutes.
- Finally add the vegan Parmesan and let it rest for 5 minutes and it will be ready to eat.
