RECIPE - "Millet and lentils with vegetables"
INGREDIENTS Millet Red lentils Peppers Carrot Onion Dates Pistachios Nutritional yeast
- We cut all the vegetables as we like, to my for this recipe I like to cut it in squares
- Then boil in salted water for 10 minutes on a low heat.
- Strain and set aside the water to cook the millet and lentilsThe millet we put it first because it has to cook for 20 minutes, when there are only 10 minutes left to finish we add the red lentils that take less time to make.
- While they're cooking, cut the pistachios and dates.
- Put the vegetables in a frying pan to give it a final touch of warmth and add the pistachios and dates and stir well.
- Put in the mold the first layer with the millet and lentils, then a layer of nutritional yeast and finally the vegetables.
- If you don't have the mold, add the nutritional yeast at the end of it all, remember not to heat up.
