RECIPE - "Baked potatoes with pistachio sauce"
- Potatoes
- Spices: Salt, pepper, paprika, turmeric, oregano and basil.
- Nutritional yeast
- Chickpea flour
- 1/4 cup cashew nuts
- 3/4 cup pistachios
- Oil
- Lemon
- Coconut milk
- Peel the potatoes with the skin and everything in medium slices and put them in a bowl. put the spices to taste, a spoonful of nutritional yeast and another of chickpea flour and mix well with your hands.
- In an oven tray we put vegetable paper and we extend the potatoes taking care that they are not piled up.
- Cook at 180º for 20-25 minutes.
- For the sauce, soak the nuts for 30 minutes, and then put it in the mixer with the juice of a lemon, two tablespoons of oil and a splash of coconut milk and beat until we get the desired texture.
- Our dish is ready, just enjoy it.
