RECETA - "Petit suite caseros"

Hola a todos ¿qué tal estáis? el otro día se me ocurrió hacer mis propios petit suites caseros libres de ázucar, y es que con el dulzor de las fresas y si añadimos un poco de dátiles, se consigue un sabor delicioso. Os cuento como se hace.




INGREDIENTES
  • 200 gr de fresa
  • 400 ml de leche de avellana/coco/almendras
  • 8 dátiles
  • 1 cucharada de acai
  • 1mg de agar agar.


  • Para que se gelatinice un poco tenemos que hervir el agar agar con la leche, lo echamos en frio y cuando comience a hervir lo dejamos 2 minutos más sin parar de remover
  • Luego es tan fácil como echar todos los ingredientes en la batidora y ¡listo!
  • Dejamos enfriar a temperatura ambiente, y después lo ponemos en la nevera.

      Una muy apetitosa y fácil receta, lamentablemente en Venezuela, ingredientes como el acai, que realmente no sé que es, no son comunes o fáciles de encontrar.
