FOOD - "Breakfast: Energy bolw"
Hey, everybody, how you doing? As you know we are working the field and therefore need a good breakfast to start the day.
So without thinking I made this bolw for it we need:
- 30 grams of oatmeal (soaked the night before)
- 400ml of water
- 20gr of flax seeds (soaked from the night before)
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoons of acai
- 1 handful of strawberries
Besides being a delight it's a great energy boost to start the day so don't hesitate to try it.
