this is good, our recipe is almost the same, though I add ground cumin, diced onions, and paprika to my ground beef. and yes cheese spread is better than ordinary cheese but more expensive. :)

Oh yes I like cumin too, but my children doesn't like the taste :( I think it tastes better with cumin and paprika when eaten by adults :)
I guess you're right ,it would be too spicy for kids. Good thing my nephews don't bother with how spicy they are
My kids love sweet foods that's why this is a big hit to them because I included some condensed milk :)
