First of all, Happy Father's Day to all the parents in the world and in particular to the Parents of this community, Steemit! They deserve!

Antes de mais, Feliz dia do Pai a todos os pais do mundo e em particular aos Pais desta comunidade, Steemit! Eles merecem!
Infelizmente o meu já não se encontra presente mas permanece no meu coração para sempre!

So to celebrate this special day, I made a Strawberry Mousse! Very simple and fast to do.

Então para celebrar este dia tão especial, fiz uma Mousse de Morango! Muito simples e rápida de executar.
Vamos à receita?

Ingredients:

250g of strawberries
200 mL fresh cream
3 sheets of gelatin
3 spoons of brown sugar

Ingredientes:

250g de morangos
200 mL de natas frescas
3 folhas de gelatina
3 colheres de açúcar mascavado

Directions:

Place the gelatin in cold water until the leaves are soft.
Beat the cream with sugar.
Grind the strawberries in the blender.
Remove some of the previous preparation and join the gelatin sheets until dissolved.
Add the strawberries and wrap the cream.
Take several hours to the refrigerator.
Decorate to taste.

And that's it! Easy isn't it? Make it to your parents, grandfathers, I'm sure they'll love it!

Preparação:

Colocar a gelatina em água fria até as folhas estarem moles.
Bater as natas com o açúcar.
Triturar os morangos na liquidificadora.
Retirar um pouco do preparado anterior e juntar as folhas de gelatina até dissolverem.
Juntar os morangos e envolver as natas.
Levar ao frigorifico algumas horas.
Decorar a gosto.
