Olá a todos! Hoje foz peito de frango no forno com legumes para aproveitar as hortaliças da horta: pimento padrão, pimento vermelho, cebolas, cenouras e couve de bruxelas, tudo temperado com sal, pimenta, oregãos e alecrim, deita-se azeite e vai ao forno.
