Vegan broth
Fabulously simple and tasty
What we need:
2 carrots
3 parsley roots
1 celery
2 bay leaves
1 small onion
1/4 time
allspice
green parsley and lovage
pepper, salt and if you like you can add a tablespoon of soy sauce.
2 teaspoons of coconut oil - because ADiK vitamins are fat soluble.
Peel vegetables, cut into quarters, pour over water and cook under cover. We also give bay leaves and 2 English herbs green parsley and lovage. Arrange the onions - on a baking tray in the oven and add to our broth, give us a nice colander. I always add it while cooking together with the leek. Por unfortunately can quickly overcook.
At the end, add salt and possibly a tablespoon of soy sauce.
