this is great , there are also similar food like this in my country Nigeria , where one will cook white rice and make a tomato sauce mixed with beef and other ingredients , its almost the same thing but different colors

Yeah i once ate such recepie in a party and it was tasty.. Simple but delecious.. Fish and rice also taste good.. We normally dont cook such dishes at our home.. We like bryani or fried fish
