My Love For Bole and Fish!!

Bole is the name for roasted in plantain in Nigeria. It could be roasted ripe or unripe and it is best eaten or served with fish and sauce! It is very popular amongts the Rivers State people of Nigeria

Why I love Bole.

1 It is very easy to buy.
You dont need to search too much, there is always a bole joint few blocks away. Plus, you won't be staying for long, it is always prepared in a giffy.

2 It holds the stomach well.
A plate of 2 plantain can keep you from morn to night.. Am not kidding you.
I have tested and tried it severally.

3 Very Cheap
One full plantain can go for as cheap as N100 while some can reach N200 or N300. Even at the worst rate, it is still cheap.

4 Over delicious..
You should try it if you have not. It is one of the best meals you can ever eat.. Lol

    Dearie, you've spoken so much of my mind already...... Bole is such a delicacy and has been my favorite over the years; tastes delicious and is extremely nutritious
