Food Poisoning

Do you like to live life on the edge when you’re eating? Some people avoid food that’s been sitting out for a while, while others love the risk.

I’m talking about spotting shrimp cocktail at a party that’s been sitting on a buffet table for hours or ordering fish at a new restaurant and wondering if you made the right choice.

It’s nothing personal to all the sea creatures out there, but there has to be a reason that every film or TV character gets sick from bad seafood. That’s why it’s funny to learn that fish and shellfish are the least likely to cause food poisoning.
