Compote of apples and oranges

Ingredients

• 600 g of apples;
• 1 orange;
• water;
• 250 g of sugar.
  
  

Preparation

Cut the apples into small pieces, and the orange - in circles or semicircles.

Put the fruit in a jar, pour boiling water and cover with a sterilized lid. Leave on for 20-30 minutes.

Drain the liquid in a saucepan, add sugar and, stirring, bring to a boil. Pour the syrup back into the jar and roll it.
