Cottage cheese casserole with apples
- 100 g of butter;
- 150 g of sugar + 2 tablespoons for sprinkling;
- 4 eggs;
- 600 g of cottage cheese;
- 4 tablespoons of semolina;
- 4 large apples.
Mix the butter with the sugar. Do not stop stirring, one by one enter the egg yolks. Add the cottage cheese, mango, whipped egg whites and mix until smooth consistency.
Peel the apples and remove the core. Cut them across across eight lobules, put them in a baking dish and sprinkle with sugar. At the top, distribute the curd mixture. Bake in a preheated oven to 200 ° C for 50 minutes. Before serving, cool the casserole.
