Ingredients:
- Chickpeas 100 g
- Lemon juice 10 ml
- Olive oil 20 ml
- Cumin (zira) 5 g
- Smoked paprika 5 g
- Tahini 40 g
Preparation:
Soak chickpeas in cold water for the night.
On the next day in the same water, put it on a small fire for 2 hours, before softening.
Drain the liquid, leaving 1 cup of stock.
Put chickpeas into a blender, add extra virgin olive oil, grind until smooth.
Add tahini (Tehina) and gradually grind to a more smooth consistency (it is possible to add liquid to a more liquid consistency (to the amateur).
Then add paprika and zir (cumin) and mix again lightly.
