Apple rings deep-fried: Recipe
Apple rings deep-fried
Ingredients
- 180 ml of milk;
- 1 egg;
- 100 g of flour;
- 1 teaspoon baking powder;
- 8 tablespoons of sugar;
- 3 ½ teaspoon cinnamon;
- ¼ teaspoon of salt;
- 500 ml of vegetable oil;
- 3 large apples.
Preparation
Mix milk, egg, flour, baking powder, 2 tablespoons of sugar, ½ teaspoon of cinnamon and salt until smooth. In another container, combine the remains of sugar and cinnamon.
In a deep frying pan, heat the oil. Clear apples, remove the core and cut into rings. Take a few rings, lower them into the batter, then into the oil. Fry for 1-2 minutes on each side until a ruddy brown appears.
Lay out the ready-made apple rings on a paper towel, so that the excess fat is rubbed off. Sprinkle with a cinnamon-sugar mixture.
