What a lovely weekend Eden and I shared together. Paphos on Friday afternoon and last evening to Barleys for a mexican fajita meal.

Mexican beef fajita which was served with a sambal salad, guacamole, sour cream and tomato spiced sauce - served hot and sizzling

Mango Marguerita - half price special with a mexican dish

Apple pie with cream - served deliciously hot - was amazing

Praise God for this new and wonderful union of two soulmates

Back to a strict diet this coming week - but oh no - just remembered we're meeting Lee's new girlfriend's parents here to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary - so dieting will begin on Tuesday
