Today's meal is "hwangtae Bulgogi."
My parents are a seafood distributor, so I have a lot of hwangtaes in my house.
So, my mother is good at cooking fish. I will show you a better Korean fish dish.
The recipe is simple today, so please follow me closely.
-Ingredient
Hwangtae 30g
noodles 30g
a little of leeks
onion 1/3
paprika 1/4
Soy sauce 2T
plum sauce 1T
sesame oil 1T
minced garlic 1/2T
pepper 1T
-Place noodle in hot water.
-Hwangtae may have a thorn, remove it, dip it into the water and wring it out.
- onions, paprika, and leek for a similar length. Cut it out!
- Stir in 2 T soy sauce, 1 T of plums, sesame oil and 1/2 teaspoon garlic. It's very easy to eat, isn't it?
- Place marinade in hwangtae, Then mix them with your hands.
- Add hwangtae, onions and leek first.
-Add the water appropriately and bring it to a boil
-Add the noodles, add paprika, If you cook it, it will be done.
-Hwangtae is processed as a processed food, so you don't need to cook it for a long time.
