Hola amici di steemit, e rieccomi di nuovo qui a preparare un post che di certo vi farà venire l'acquolina in bocca. Oggi vi presento la "Carne alla Pizzaiola."

This dish is widespread in all Italian regions but its roots sink into the most beautiful land in the world: "La Campania". It takes only a few simple ingredients to make it, and if we notice it, we can realize that they are the same ingredients they use to prepare the famous pizza at Marinara, in fact, it is from it that the idea for this wonderful and tasty dish is born .


Questo piatto è molto diffuso in tutte le regioni Italiane ma le sue radici affondano nella terra più bella del mondo : "La Campania" . Ci vogliono solo pochi e semplici ingredienti per realizzarlo e se notiamo bene ci possiamo rendere conto che sono proprio gli stessi ingredienti che si utilizano per preparare la famosissima pizza alla Marinara infatti, è proprio da essa che nasce l'idea per questo meraviglioso e gustosissimo piatto.

Few, simple and good, here are the ingredients for 2 people.

400 grams of peeled tomatoes:
250 Grams of Vitello or Beef for Pizzaiola:
2 Spoons of EVO Oil
2 Garlic Seeds
Salt, Pepper and Oregano


Pochi, semplici e buoni , ecco gli ingredienti per 2 Persone.

400 Grammi di Pomodori Pelati :
250 Grammi di Fettine di Vitello o Manzo per Pizzaiola :
2 Cucchiai di Olio EVO
2 Spicchi di Aglio
Sale, Pepe e Origano

Pour the oil into the pan and combine the garlic, let's fry for a few minutes until the garlic is golden. At this point join the peeled tomatoes, add some salt and pepper and let it cook for a couple of minutes, then add the slices of meat, it will take at least 10 minutes, in fact the meat should not be cooked too much otherwise it could result stringy. At the end of the cooking season we will try everything with the oregano and voila, gentlemen and lord the pizza is served.


Versiamo l'olio in padella ed uniamo l'aglio, lasciamo soffriggere per qualche minuto finche l'aglio non sarà dorato. a questo punto uniamo i pomodori pelati , aggiustiamo un po di sale e pepe e lasciamo cuocere per un paio di minuti, successvamente aggiungeremo le fettine di carne, ci vorranno al massimo 10 minuti, infatti la carne non deve essere lasciata cuocere molto altrimenti potrebbe risultare stopposa. A fine cottura spolveriamo il tutto con l'origano et voilà , signori e signore la pizzaiola è servita.
