Friday PIEday! 🍴 Steak&Ale Yorkshire Pud Pie 🍮

It's the start of the Weekend and I'm celebrating with a few beers 🍺 and a tasty culainary concoction! 🍴 Today's Pie is simply a crispy Yorskire Pudding, with a filling of rich Steak&Ale lovingly made by my Mum.

I eat a lot of pies because my Mum is a Professional Pie maker she does it hard 5 days a week. Her pastry is the best, but it was really nice to make a change from the usual pastry case. Good Honest British Grub!
