Ingredients :
1 white chicory, cut into pieces
10sdm wheat flour
3sdm rice flour
3siung garlic, puree
6 onion, puree
3 red peppers, sliced
1 celery, sliced
Salt, mushroom broth to taste
How to make :
- Mix all ingredients until the dough is thick
- Heat oil, fry until dry and brown.Crue, serve.
