The Red Banana benefits !

You're used to seeing bananas in yellow or green, aren't you? what do you think of a red banana? Red Banana has a reddish-brown crust while the edible part is pink, but this is not the only difference, the red banana pulp contains a medicinal substance that helps digestion, and smells like berries. 

Of course, this type of banana has not acquired its unusual color of raspberry fruit, but it is due to the large quantities of carotene which it contains . Red bananas contain a large amount of fiber, mineral salts and vitamins, so this fruit, in addition to its taste, is also healthy , this type of banana can be eaten raw or dried or fried or smoked and may be eaten salty but we have never heard of it before . The red banana fits well with oranges, kiwi, pineapple, mango and peach and is also used to prepare a variety of beverages , in general these unusual fruits are used whenever possible, for example, the most famous  sandwiches in Costa Rica are the sweet sandwiches that bring Red banana slices inside a slice of white bread .
