GINGER SNAP COOKIES
3/4 c. shortening
1 c. suga
r 1/4 c. molasses
1 egg
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger
Cream shortening and sugar. Add molasses and egg, beat. Add dry ingredients, mix well. Roll in small balls, dip into sugar. Bake at 375 degrees, for 12-15 minutes on greased sheet.
