Prawns Recipe CRUNCHY

Ingredients (for 5 people)

  • 300 g of cooked prawns (4 per head approx)

  • Pasta brick or wafers for pasties

  • 1 beaten egg

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • Olive oil

  • Varied sauces, in my case: soy sauce, spicy chilli and curry

Preparation

We peel all the prawns leaving the final part of the tail to catch them later and reserve. Next, we separate the dough that we have decided to use (the finer it is, the better for the final result) and beat the egg with the help of a fork.

Peel and cut the cloves of garlic in two, and scrub one of the halves by the wafer in this case and then spread a little egg. We divided the wafer into two pieces and rolled each of the prawns.

Finally
we pass them through egg so that they are well sealed and let them drain well before putting them in the pan.

We fry the prawns on high heat in abundant olive oil and let them release the oil by leaving them on kitchen paper.

The key to this appetizer are the sauces, I have chosen 3 very different from each other and exotic ingredients: curry, soy and chilli. You can always turn to mayonnaise or salsa rosa as good classics when accompanying seafood.
