Make Healthy and Delicious Onion Soup at Home
If you are fond of soup then definitely try onion soup. It is also very easy to make and it will take less time. So here is the recipe of delicious onion soup.
2 teaspoon butter
1 liter water
2 teaspoon Thyme
1 cup vegetable
Black pepper according to taste
Cut onion, garlic, potatoes and carrots into small pieces. After this, heat the butter in a pan on medium flame and when the butter melts, add onion and garlic pieces.
Fry it till it turns light brown. After this, heat the water on medium flame. After this, add parsley and remaining vegetables.
Add sugar, salt and pepper together and stir well. After this, let it mix well for 2 to 3 minutes.
When it starts boiling, add onion and garlic preparations in it.
Now add potatoes and carrot pieces in the pan and after that cook it on medium flame for 15 minutes.
When it is cooked, prepare its puree. Now put this puree in another pan and stir it for 5 minutes and serve hot.
