Hello, community of Steemit, I want to share with you the elaboration of a tasty, decorative, nutritious and very easy to prepare dish.

INGREDIENTS

Green bananas

Enough oil to fry

Grated cheese

Stewed meat

Salt to taste

ELABORATION

The bananas are peeled and cut into wheels of a thickness of approximately 1 inch.

The wheels are frying.

A plastic bag is cut out and with a fragment we cover the inside of a lemon squeezer.

We are placing the banana wheels already stir-fried and pressing them to take the shape of baskets.

Then fry them again to brown in their new form.








They are stuffed with stewed meat and then covered with grated cheese.

And so we have these very good little baskets of green banana to provide an unexpected visitor, for meetings, and others. You can fill them with other ingredients (Your imagination and taste is the limit), place other sauces, you can make them vegetarian and vegan too.


My idea was to take a last pic in which I appeared with my family eating these little baskets but they were so tasty that we gave a quick account of them after the first bite and when I remembered the photo we had only one, which I used as a cover image of the post!
